[2] M&T Customers: If you choose to opt-out of email, please know that you will continue to receive service and legal email communications regarding your M&T Bank account(s) in accordance with your M&T Bank service agreements.

[3] Please allow 5 business days for your email preference updates to take place. Although we strive to update our systems in a timely fashion, you still may continue to receive emails under your previous preference settings during this period while we update our records due to campaigns already in progress.
